Description
As a Project Delivery Manager (PDM), you are responsible for the end‑to‑end operational execution of research projects across trackers and ad‑hoc qualitative and quantitative studies, both online and onsite. You translate the SOW into a complete operational delivery plan, coordinate all day‑to‑day tasks, manage timelines and dependencies, oversee vendors and fieldwork, maintain business documentation, and ensure projects follow operational standards. The PDM is the owner of “how‑to” delivery, ensuring quality, feasibility, compliance, and smooth operational execution while partnering closely with Ops and CST.
