Project Coordinator

This is a remote position. Basic Function The Project Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for assigned Cost Segregation projects, partnering with Clients, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to facilitate project execution from intake through completion. This role is responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating communications, managing documentation, and ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage of the workflow while delivering an exceptional client experience. Positions Intention To drive the successful and timely completion of Cost Segregation projects by ensuring accurate project setup, proactive client and stakeholder communication, effective issue resolution, and adherence to operational standards that support client satisfaction, project profitability, and organizational growth.
