:What will you work on?You will play a key role in supporting Spin Master's global IT portfolio across Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, and Digital functions. Working in a matrixed environment, you will partner with Project Managers, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), and finance teams to support project delivery, stage-gate governance, portfolio reporting, and PMO process improvements.
How will you create impact?
Support Intake, Estimates Sizing, Prioritization, and Stage Gate governance processes across the IT portfolio.
Coordinate project milestones, action items, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle from intake through to closeout.
Maintain and update Jira boards, epics, tasks, labels, workflows, and Confluence dashboards.
Generate weekly portfolio status reports, health metrics, risks, and financial forecasting summaries...
