Job Summary
Project Coordination
- Support Project Manager and Management Team in planning and executing construction and service projects
- Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, commissioning reports, etc.)
- Provide AutoCAD drawings, redline updates, and manage electronic drawing database. Print drawings for field trades
- Track timelines, budgets, and progress updates
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and field teams
- Coordinate scheduling of crews and subcontractors
Logistics & Materials Management
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries
- Organize and store materials in the shop and warehouse
- Maintain inventory using electronic tracking systems
