Project Coordinator

Kinetic Construction Ltd. (Kinetic) is seeking a Project Coordinator at its Nanaimo site. The role supports the Project Management and Estimating teams with administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison duties. Salary is $70,511–$105,766 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience
• 3–5 years’ experience in Construction
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
• Basic understanding of construction sequences
• Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
