Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with pronounced planning, scheduling and estimating skills. Based in Kewdale, this full-time position will play a key role within our Project Delivery team in the coordination of all technical and project-related activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables as required.
- Aiming to ensure the team reach their productivity goals and quality standards.
- Coordinate, attend and when required chair project kick off or progress review meetings.
- Managing customer expectations ongoing.
- Maintain control of job costing throughout and provide feedback to management.
- Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work.
