TheProjectCoordinatorisresponsibleforsupportingthesuccessfulexecutionandcompletionofsignageprojectsbymanagingtasks,maintainingprojectdocumentation,trackingschedules,andensuringtimelycommunicationbetweenvendors,andinternalteams.Thisroleassistswithprojectsetup,orderprocessing,statusupdates,procurementcoordination,andresolutionofissuesrelatedtovendorsandorderprocessingtohelpensureprojectsaredeliveredontimeandwithinscope.KeyResponsibilities:Manageassignedprojectsfromkickoffthroughcompletion.Coordinatewithvendors,andinternaldepartments.Trackprojectschedules,milestones,anddeliverables.Maintainaccurateprojectrecordsanddocumentation.Monitororderstatusandfollowuponoutstandingitems.Assistwithprocurement,permitting,andprojectlogisticsasrequired.Provideregularprojectupdatesandescalateissueswhennecessary.Qualifications:Strongorganizationalandcommunicationskills.Abilitytomanagemultipletasksanddeadlinessimultaneously.ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice,GoogleworkspaceandZoho.Experienceinprojectcoordination,...
