Project Coordinator (Healthcare)

We're building a longitudinal, outcomes-driven model across Novomed's service lines, and we need someone on the ground to make sure what we build reflects how the clinics actually run. This is a field-facing role: you'll spend your time inside the clinics - shadowing consultations, mapping how patients and staff move through their day, and gathering the real requirements that desk research can't surface.

You will be the eyes and ears of the transformation effort and the day-to-day engine behind our physician pilot. If you like being in the room, talking to clinical staff, and turning messy real-world observations into clean, usable documentation, this is for you.
