Forgeworks is an AI-first, boutique RevOps firm in Denver. We embed small teams — pods — inside companies across industries and build the systems, processes, and automations that run their revenue. AI runs through everything we do; it's how a small, sharp team outbuilds firms ten times our size.
How we work
Four days a week, in person, Monday through Thursday, ten hours a day. Then three days off — genuinely off. We have a hard no-Slack, no-email-after-hours rule. Work hard, recover hard. You'll do some of the best work of your career here and still own your evenings and a three-day weekend...
