Job Description:
Assist to supervise current projects at job site and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Liaise with vendor and prepare documentation
Work together with operation and team to ensure the job service complete
Communicate with Operation on project requirements.
Providing billing / quotation support for external clients.
Ensure all the processes (including the request of Quotations and Purchase Orders are followed)
Complete job by daily task.
Willing to work at site
