Project Coordinator – Buildings + Places (Burnaby)

Job Overview

AECOM is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Buildings + Places team in Burnaby, BC. In this role you will be embedded within high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams supporting the successful delivery of complex building and infrastructure projects, including institutional, federal and major capital programs.

What You Will Do

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Support Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination of project activities across multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors and consultants to support seamless project execution
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action logs and follow-up tracking

Project Controls & Performance Monitoring

• Support project controls activities, including tracking budgets, schedules, deliverables and action items to ensure alignment with AECOM quality standards
