Reporting to the Project Controls Manager within the project management team, the Project Controls Specialist (Cost Control) owns the day‑to‑day cost‑control function on the Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Centre (ANMRC) project. The incumbent integrates cost engineering, budget management, change control, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to deliver accurate, data‑driven forecasting and performance analytics. Working within an IPD environment, the specialist partners with Chandos, joint‑venture partners, commercial managers, procurement, finance, and nuclear stakeholders to maintain strict fiscal discipline and proactively mitigate cost risk in support of on‑budget delivery.
