This position involves working closely with the project team to analyze contracts and control budgets at various project sites in BC. You will regularly provide accurate cost information while facilitating key meetings with contractors and project managers. Your analytical skills are crucial for ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivering quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain forecasts and control budgets for construction projects
• Conduct cost variance analysis and reporting for stakeholders
• Engage with field stakeholders regarding project progress
• Ensure contract requirements are timely and accurately reviewed
• Handle earned value measurements and vendor invoice reconciliation
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in project controls
