Project Control Officer (5+ years of experience) to support AML & Compliance project financial management and budget forecasting - 41235

Location Address: Toronto – hybrid – onsite 3 times/week

Contract Duration: ASAP – Oct 31st (Possibility of extension – Yes, extending to 12 months.)

Schedule Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday (No OT)

Story Behind the Need

The team works on AML & Compliance programs and projects. They have multiple projects coming up and the successful candidates are required to support the enhancement and upgrades of existing programs and processes.

Typical Day in Role

• Maintain the budget; this includes auditing items to be delivered under projects
• Review the weekly and monthly time tracking reports for anomalies
• Ensure all invoices have been approved with the proper sign-offs prior to payment and that drawdowns are properly recorded, maintaining ongoing cost to complete forec...
