Responsibilities
- Responsibles for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, progress measurement, risk management, and reporting.
- Establishs and manage project schedule development, review, and update processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule.
- Develops a work-breakdown structure (WBS).
- Collaborates with Project Managers in the delivery of the project, managing project cost and scheduling activities to ensure smooth execution from the design phase to project closeout.
- Attends regular meetings and provide summary reports to the Project Management team, offering insights into key project parameters and critical decision-making information to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitors and provide monthly and weekly reports, including KPIs, with details on project progress, actuals, forecasts, and explanations of variances.
