Responsibilities

• Incident, Service, Problem, and Change management – tickets, service requests, high‑priority ticket root cause analysis, preventive measures, small enhancements, projects, legal requirements, SAP support packages, and system upgrades.
• Support coordination for non‑SAP but HR‑related applications, including Employee and Manager Self‑Service, and the Talent Management Suite covering global processes for Recruiting, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.
• Act as project manager for SAP HR projects.
