Project Purchasing & Sourcing Management
- Leads all purchasing activities from project kickoff to closure (SOP), ensuring compliance with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
- Defines sourcing plans, manages the RFQ process (via PuMa/Auctions), and selects suppliers based on segment strategy and bundle opportunities.
- Coordinates design reviews (S-VRF) to ensure supplier alignment, capture improvements, and secure acceptance of requirements.
Risk & Technical Management
- Identifies critical parts and assesses supplier risks (capacity, financial, technical) to develop and record contingency plans.
