This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting project accounting, billing operations, or administrative finance within a fast-paced environment. The Project Billings Coordinator will play a key role in the accurate and timely execution of project billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process project billing invoices in accordance with contract terms and internal policies
  • Track billing milestones, project budgets, and ensure timely submission of project documents
