Project Architect K-12 Public Schools, New Haven

FCA is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our New Haven, CT–based team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, with particular experience in K–12 public school projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration skills to coordinate design, documentation, and construction administration while ensuring code compliance, educational design standards, and client satisfaction.

Candidates should have experience working with public-sector clients, an understanding of school construction processes, and familiarity with Connecticut regulatory requirements. The Project Architect will manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with consultants and school districts throughout all phases of design and construction.
