About this role
 :This position is for a seasoned professional who responds to customer calls, troubleshoots complex customer issues, provides training to customers, and performs complex data analysis. Provides guidance to less experienced team members and makes changes to daily work procedures to ensure high levels of performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of current and legacy rental systems products.
Collaborate with sales and customers directly to support rental applications across a broad spectrum.
Analyze and review engineering specifications to ensure that the planned equipment usage will satisfy the customer's cooling, heating, and electrical needs.
Develop project proposals based on customer needs and provide application design assistance.
