Job Description
Become our Project Administrator, an essential role focused on supporting project execution and team coordination. Manage billing, employee time entry, and vital project documents efficiently.
This position reports to the Project Director and is fundamental for successful project execution. You will facilitate effective communication between the project team and stakeholders, manage payroll entries, and produce necessary reports. Your organizational skills will ensure all project documentation is well-maintained and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee payroll time entries in a union context
• Generate daily LEMs for customer approvals
• Provide consistent billing support and invoicing
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document Minutes
• Maintain expense logs and project records
