Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and sets up assigned service contracts, and service parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system goals.
  • Establishes and measures internal service process and associated compliance.
  • Participates in internal service contract team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
  • Validates cost to date and reconciles service contract data in business system.
  • Reconciles purchase order discrepancies to support the Service fulfillment process.
  • Reconciles purchasing card transactions.
  • Reviews billing backlog and coordinates/communicates with Service Managers, Resource Coordinators, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims as necessary to resolve obstacles.

Qualifications

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
