Project Administration
- Maintain accurate project records, registers, and documentation.
- Update progress and evidence in project management systems.
- Support meeting scheduling, minutes, and logistical arrangements.
Governance Support
- Ensure documentation complies with Foundation governance requirements.
- Assist in preparation of stage-gate approval documents.
- File evidence for audits and MEL reporting.
Delivery Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Coordinators and Senior Coordinators.
