Project Administration

  • Maintain accurate project records, registers, and documentation.
  • Update progress and evidence in project management systems.
  • Support meeting scheduling, minutes, and logistical arrangements.

Governance Support

  • Ensure documentation complies with Foundation governance requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of stage-gate approval documents.
  • File evidence for audits and MEL reporting.

Delivery Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Coordinators and Senior Coordinators.
