Job Description

Trane Technologies is hiring a Project Administrator for our Equipment group in Markham, Ontario.

Where Is The Work

Monday to Thursday onsite with colleagues. Fridays flexible, choose your work location.

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, this position handles routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout for each project. The role closely interacts with Project Managers, Account Managers, and project staff to ensure timely completion.

What you will do

  • Manage general administrative functions supporting the equipment fulfillment process.
  • Order bill of material associated with projects.
  • Obtain bill of materials, estimate ship dates, and update schedules.
  • Communicate estimated ship dates to customers.
