The Project Admin Assistant is responsible for providing support to the department. Duties include general administrative processes. Also helps in overall housekeeping and day-to-day function of the office.

- Coordinates with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serves as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- Maintain acceptable & accurate inventory level by monitoring all stocks in the warehouse & various projects.
- Coordinates with Project Accountant/Warehouseman regarding the inventory levels of stocks monthly for replenishment purposes to ensure continue operations.
- Prepares inventory summary of stocks per project to be submitted to project areas on a weekly basis.
