Project Accountant

We're seeking a Project Accountant to join a growing team in downtown Vancouver. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of billing or project accounting experience.

About the Position

The Project Accountant plays an important role in ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout the lifecycle of environmental projects. This includes maintaining compliance, supporting billing accuracy, and partnering with operations and project teams to ensure financial information reflects project activity.

• Prepare and manage project billing, including contract review and billing setup
• Ensure all billable costs are properly captured and invoiced in accordance with agreements
• Track and validate project costs including labour, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and change orders
