What You’ll Be Doing
- Project financial transacting (costings and revenue recognition)
- Review, reconcile, and verify financial data
Project Finance Administration
- Review services sales orders and interpret solution estimates, contracts, proposals, etc., ensuring data on SOs aligns with business unit, contract type, and related details.
- Project setups – work with project managers to configure project financials within OpenAir as required, including budgets (revenue, costs, hours, etc. per solution estimate), billing rules, and revenue recognition rules.
- Weekly costings – calculate and post weekly costings based on timesheets approved in OpenAir, reviewing and resolving any inconsistencies.
- Weekly revenue recognition – calculate and post (integrate) weekly revenue recognition based on timesheets approved in OpenAIr and revenue recognition rules, reviewing and resolving any inconsistencies.
