Job Description
+ Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities
+ Monitor project spend and analyze variances vs. plan
+ Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
+ Maintain and update project budgets within internal systems
+ Track KPIs and support performance reporting
+ Collaborate with project teams to improve cost control processes
+ Assist with work order creation, tracking, and closeout
+ Coordinate with vendors and contractors on budget-related items
+ Support audits, financial controls (including SOX), and planning cycles
+ Contribute to process improvements and reporting tools
Qualifications:
+ 1+ year of recent experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
+ Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles
