We operate a global grant portfolio of 40+ organizations across 20+ countries, with flagship programs in Bitcoin circular economies, Women in Bitcoin, mining education, and NGO technical support. Our team is small, our mission is serious, and our momentum is growing.
About the Role
We are looking for a Programs & Operations Manager to own the execution engine of the foundation. This is a high-ownership, high-trust role for a semi-senior operator who can hold nonprofit governance, mission-driven programs, financial discipline, and Bitcoin ecosystem fluency all at once.
You will not be handed a playbook. You will write it.
