Program Agent
The Programs Agent provides operational and administrative support for the International Youth Internship Program (IYIP), assisting with financial processes, documentation, and program coordination. The role works closely with program leadership and the finance team to support compliance with funder requirements and ensure accurate record‑keeping. By contributing to smooth program operations, the position helps facilitate international internships in countries such as Colombia, Peru, Togo, and Sierra Leone. The Agent’s work supports youth participants in gaining meaningful global experiences while maintaining program standards and efficiency.
