Job Summary
The Program/Project Manager oversees assigned utility projects from initiation through closure, serving as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders. This role ensures all project phases align with the client’s Gates / IPSEC lifecycle, manages schedules, mitigates risks, ensures document and design readiness, and drives project execution. The manager also performs financial tracking, forecasting, stakeholder communication, and staff mentorship to support the delivery of reliable energy services. Key Responsibilities Serve as the owner of assigned projects from initiation through closure, acting as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders. Manage all Gates within the project life cycle (in alignment with DSU A-) following IPSEC methodology.
