Education
- BS degree in Computer science, Electrical engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 5 year related experience with the server and/or storage system
- Solid HW and SW diagnostics skills
- Software development experience – preferably in Python/Bash.
- Experience with the LAMP stack (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data, trends, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Experience in direct support for server product manufacturing and testing.
- Strong communication skills in both technical and business settings, written and verbal.
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a self‑directed environment.
