Job Description

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Programmer Analyst supports and grows one or more business/production applications. The role identifies gaps between current capabilities and user requirements, designs and implements solutions, and delivers valuable information to key decision makers throughout the division.

Process customer service requests from receipt through investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution, including root‑cause analysis to uncover underlying problems.
