Programme Manager

A leading wealth management firm is seeking experienced Programme Managers to join on a permanent basis, supporting a significant growth phase and delivering against a strategic value creation plan.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days / week on site in their Swindon HQ.

You will take ownership of complex, cross-functional operational transformation programmes, leading end-to-end delivery from mobilisation through to benefits realisation. These are high-impact initiatives that cut across multiple business areas and are critical to the organisation’s long-term success.

In this role, you will define clear programme objectives, governance structures, KPIs and delivery roadmaps, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
