In this vital position, you will oversee a team of up to 40 staff, including on-call and contract workers, responsible for delivering educational programs and special events. Your leadership experience will shape diverse visitor-facing initiatives, ensuring quality and safety while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires presence on-site five days a week, including weekends and evenings.
