PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the MANPOWER/PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER LITTORAL COMBAT SQUADRON TWO. Responsibilities You will plan, analyze, develop, coordinate, provide and manage training administrative support for relief Sailors for Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) crews, mission package detachments and LCSRON staff. You will manage training tracks, training and certification requirements, providing LCS schools scheduling, quota management and document completed and future training schedules. You will utilize Navy Message Traffic, Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), Bureau of Naval Personnel Online (BOL) and other applicable and available databases or methods to access orders for incoming LCS Sailors. You will review orders for any administrative discrepancies and coordinates to resolve such discrepancies, which include changes to in-route training associated with Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) travel orders....
