Summary The role is responsible for managing NASA Open Science Data Repository (OSDR) project requirements, budgets, schedules, scope, and risk for a multimillion-dollar effort that enables the collection, curation, preservation, and accessibility of biological data used in mission planning and scientific decision-making. As the technical manager, the DPM ensures continuity of operations, governance through change control, configuration management, and coordination across scientific & software teams.
