Amazon's Worldwide Operations organization is executing an ambitious AI transformation spanning multiple global entities (NA, EU, ROW, GPO, GEMS, GM), with 1,100+ AI tools registered in our centralized governance platform. As this portfolio scales, the governance function needs a dedicated owner ensuring the underlying execution machinery, metrics, the tool registry, compliance tollgates, and financial validation reporting, runs reliably and consistently across every geography.
We are seeking a Program Manager to be the tactical execution arm behind the Governance pillar strategy. Working from the strategic direction set by the pillar sponsor, you will operationalize it on the ground: aligning and reporting governance metrics, keeping the AI tool registry healthy, integrating and monitoring compliance tollgates, aligning with Finance on metric reporting mechanisms, driving correct deployment of these mechanisms into remaining geographies, and running the cross-e...
