Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of Weldaloy's largest customer programs, ensuring each process and operational requirement is completed on or before the committed due date. This role owns program schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments, proactively identifies risk, removes roadblocks, and drives cross-functional accountability across Engineering, Metallurgy, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production.
