Description
This role owns the day-to-day operational delivery of key vendor management workstreams across UK Fresh & Perishable Grocery, with a focus on GSCOP compliance execution, financial accuracy, and vendor communications. The successful candidate will lead vendor-facing communications including the quarterly vendor newsletter, as well as further vendor facing events e.g. Vendor webinars and conferences. Along side this, they will drive concessions reduction as a programme, own the CCOGs audit cadence to ensure billing accuracy.
Key job responsibilities
One Grocery Events: Support the planning and delivery of vendor-facing events and initiatives, ensuring a high standard of engagement and compliance with the Groceries Code.
Vendor Communications & Newsletter: Own the quarterly vendor newsletter and broader vendor communication calendar, ensuring suppliers receive regular, proactive updates on performance, upcoming changes, and partnership opportunities. Th...
