Summary The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, direction, and operations of assigned network management programs and provides guidance to academic affiliate partnerships, provider agreements, and other special populations on policy development, analysis, budget, decision-making, and implementation activities affecting the entire agency health care system.
