This role bridges Learning & Development with Global Belonging Programs, ensuring seamless onboarding and cultural integration. You will collaborate with diverse teams to refine strategies, create compelling learning materials, and implement best practices. Your leadership will shape the employee lifecycle positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage new-hire orientations and cohort development programs
• Use participant feedback to inform continuous improvement
• Develop high-quality instructional materials and guides
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to streamline onboarding processes
• Plan flagship ERG initiatives and community events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or similar fields
• Minimum 7 years in L&D and culture initiatives
