Responsibilities

• Make a programmanagement plan
• Define projectsand programs are alignedwith the strategic plan of the organization
• Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program
• Lead and coach the Programteam members in meeting project objectives
• Monitor and review the business in meeting the financialandoperational objectives.
• Management and assurance of meeting customer’srequirements and expectations
• Key liaison person nel between customer and business unit.
• Oversee timely competition ofproduction schedules and new project-start-up through efficient coordination of alllevels inclusive of procurement and engineering team.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with customers, internal groups and suppliers.
• Manage and review customer PO. S/O, changes, updates, and closure.
• Review MRB/ECN/DN and providedisposition.
