  • Handle assigned customer accounts. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skill. Maintain good relationship with internal and external customer. Customer Service Oriented is a must.
  • Responsible for RFQ activities and meet customer deadline
  • All email correspondence within 24 hours
  • Attend conference meeting when required.
  • Attend customer training when required, including overseas training as well
  • Responsible for product knowledge transfer and provide training to internal employee
  • Preparation of works schedules, monitoring of works progress, coordination with all partied involved to ensure works progress smoothly and completed within given target timeline.
  • Full knowledge on the assigned projects. This requires Hands On approach and data driven
  • Liaise with Quality team and ensure that the customer drawing specifications are met
