PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the CVN78 CLASS PROGRAM of DPAE AIRCRAFT CARRIERS. Responsibilities You will establish work assignments to be accomplished by the employees in the program, setting priorities, preparing schedules for work completion, and ensuring the timely performance of satisfactory work efforts. You will determine responsibilities, evaluate employee performance, recommend appropriate incentives, initiate corrective actions, assure safety practices, and keep employees informed of management and personnel policies. You will be assigned to the appropriate acquisition life cycle program and will be responsible for providing overall direction and guidance for the program organization, administration and civilian personnel.
