+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for hardware programs (e.g., PCBA, accelerators, equipment, racks, switches, optics).
+ Experience with materials management (e.g., bill of materials (BOMs), contract manufacturers, supplier coordination, delivery material readiness, etc.).
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
