Key Job Responsibilities

• First Mile Governance: Own the weekly First Mile volume reconciliation process across AFN, USF, and EF programs. Monitor forecast accuracy and identify risks related to volume shifts, topology changes, and upstream assumptions. Partner with S&OP, Business, and Finance teams to ensure planning assumptions remain synchronized. Act as the primary First Mile governance contact for the IBP process.
• High Velocity Events (HVE) Management: Lead end‑to‑end planning readiness for major commercial events. Coordinate cross‑functional planning reviews to validate demand, capacity, and operational constraints. Build and maintain event‑specific governance mechanisms, including executive updates, risk trackers, and daily control towers. Drive post‑event reconciliations and document lessons learned to improve future planning cycles.
