JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibilities for the Engineering Manager, Program Management and Tooling are to engineer, develop and transition activities necessary to bring products from quotation to manufacturing, ensuring that products meet customer requirements and are able to be manufactured effectively. Work within a team to develop product cost estimates and quotations for customers. Plastic injection molding experience required.
DUTIES AND RESPOSNSIBILITIES
Program Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of key programs from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define program objectives, success criteria, and KPIs, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
