**The Role:**
The **Program Manager – GM Energy Hardware Products** is responsible for leading new product development programs from concept through launch across GM Energy’s portfolio of charging and energy management solutions. This role drives cross-functional alignment, manages timing and deliverables, identifies and mitigates program risks, and coordinates execution with internal GM teams and external partners to enable successful product development and launch.
This role requires a strong program leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced product development environment, influence cross-functional teams, and bring structure to complex hardware development programs. The ideal candidate combines strong execution discipline with the ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
