Program Manager (Deputy to the Commander)

Summary About the Position: Serves as the top civilian advisor and Deputy to the Commander, executing operations with full decision-making authority. Manages 500-600 personnel and oversees multi-million dollar budgets, infrastructure, ammunition, and logistics. Represents the installation at the HQDA/DoD level, spearheads long-range strategic business planning, and directs subordinate installations and missions. Highly visible role requiring seasoned technical judgment and executive leadership.
